Around 13,000 people have been left without electricity in the Samegrelo region of western Georgia due to the broken electricity cables caused by the strong winds.
The emergency situation service under the Georgian Interior Ministry reported that the work is underway to restore the power supply.
Also, a landslide occurred as a result of torrential rain and wind on the main highway of the Keda municipality in Adjara. Traffic movement stopped here.
