Kazakhstan and Qatar plan to launch a direct flight, Qatari
Ambassador to Astana Abdullah Ahmed Yousef Ahmed Al Mutawa said
after presenting his credentials to the Kazakh President on October
22, Kazinform reported.
"We are planning to launch a direct flight between the two
countries since it will benefit tourism," he said.
The Qatari ambassador noted that Kazakhstan has huge potential for
tourism development.
Environmental protection is another promising area for the
bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Qatar, he said.
