Tajikistan committed to strengthening of friendship with Uzbekistan - President
Tajikistan's President Emomali Rahmon is ready to hold confidence political dialog with Uzbekistan.
Tajik President congratulated his Uzbek counterpart on the Day of Independence of the country, CA-NEWS reported on Monday.
The congratulatory message reads that Tajikistan is committed to the strengthening of friendship affairs, good-neighbourliness, mutual respect and cooperation between the two countries.
Rahmon stressed that Dushanbe is ready to develop confidence dialog aimed at the intensification and improvement of the relations between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan in the areas of common interest.
