Kazakhstan can enter top 30 world countries –President
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said that his country can enter the top 30 world countries before 2050.
"We are entering a most critical stage of our development that is the implementation of the 'Kazakhstan-2050' strategy. The main purpose of this strategy is that in 37 years or possibly less, we can enter the world's top 30 developed countries," the president said at a joint session of parliament's chambers on Sept.2.
According to him, special duties are assigned to the parliament today.
"Currently over 30 bills are under consideration. Parliament operates with high responsibility, honourably serving as representatives of the people. In future, it is necessary to keep this vector," he noted.
