Libya interested in political coop with Georgia – minister
The Libyan side is interested in political cooperation with Georgia, as well as in the links in the fields of economy, culture and education, Georgian Foreign minister Maia Panjikidze following a meeting with a Libyan Foreign Ministry's delegation in Tbilisi on August 21.
"The Libyan side also expressed interest in the appointment of an ambassador to Georgia. I think that this visit will help to deepen our relations," Panjikidze said.
This was the first visit of representatives of Libya's Foreign Ministry to Georgia.
