Most Iranian embassies lack ambassadors
Some 50 Iranian embassies abroad don't have an ambassador and
have people working as caretakers, Head of the Iranian
Parliamentary Committee of National Security and Foreign Policy
Mansour Haghighatpour said.
Iran's diplomacy needs activity and dynamism, he said, adding that,
relations with some countries should be corrected, Mardomsalari
daily newspaper reported.
Iran's new president Hassan Rouhani has stated in his speeches that
country's new government will follow a new foreign policy, based on
moderation.
Due to tensions with some countries, Iran's interests are presented
by other embassies in those countries.
