CBD Development to invest $60 million in Georgia
Georgia's Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Deputy Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili and director of CBD Development Tomas Gizas will examine the construction of a new shopping and entertainment centre on Kakheti highway on Monday.
The project is implemented by Cube Capital- a partner of CBD Development, which has $1.3 billion assets. CBD Development will invest $60 million at the initial stage of the project.
The construction of the shopping and entertainment centre began this spring and will be completed in September 2014.
The shopping centre will employ more than 2,000 people.
