Preps for Georgian Independence Day celebrations start
Preparations for the celebration of Independence Day of Georgia, which is marked on May 26, have started in Tbilisi.
A dress rehearsal for the military units was carried out overnight at Liberty Square and at dawn planes carried out training flights over Tbilisi.
On May 26 an exhibition of military equipment will be organised instead of a military parade. A military band will perform and an oath of allegiance ceremony will be held.
