The bill concerns the transit of British military equipment and personnel through Kazakhstan in connection with its participation in international operations to stabilize and rebuild Afghanistan.
"This act envisages air navigation charges for transit flights of British aircraft flying from Afghanistan via Kazakhstan and back," the report reads.
