Kazakhstan approves agreement with UK on military cargo transit
Kazakh MPs of the Lower House ratified a bill with Great Britain for the transit of military equipment and personnel through Kazakh territory, the Kazakh Majilis said on Wednesday.
According to the report, the bill concerns the transit of British military equipment and personnel through Kazakhstan in connection with its participation in international operations to stabilize and rebuild Afghanistan.
This bill envisages air navigation charges for transit flights of British aircraft flying from Afghanistan via Kazakhstan and back.
