EBRD annual meeting due in Turkey
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will hold its Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors and Business Forum in Istanbul next month.
The main topics on the agenda will be diversification and modernization of economy of EBRD member countries, development of non-oil and gas sectors, as well as improvement of business and investment climate, technological and innovative progress and strengthening of financial markets.
EBRD established in 1991 aims to help build a new, post-Cold War era in Central and Eastern Europe. It has since played a historic role and gained unique expertise in fostering change in the region - and beyond.
