Iran to enter new phase of progress this year, minister says
Iran will be entering a new phase of progress this year, the
country's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Tuesday, Mehr
news agency reported.
".. This year we will make a big jump forward," he said during an
interview to Iran's Talk Radio.
Salehi said that segregation should be avoided, so that enemies
wouldn't try to accomplish their plans.
Last year (1391, ended on March 21), Iran faced such problems as
new portion of economic sanctions, new negotiations regarding its
nuclear program, difficulties with importing medicine, inflation,
job cuts, and currency fluctuation.
"As the Supreme Leader said, this year is the year of political and
economic valor," Salehi noted. "And the people need to express
their support for this initiative."
