Uzbekistan and NATO discuss prospects of relations
Prospects of relations between Uzbekistan and NATO were discussed in Tashkent with the NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai on Wednesday.
According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, Appathurai and representatives of the ministry discussed the prospects of relations between Uzbekistan and NATO in various fields.
The sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues.
Appathurai will also hold meetings with representatives of the Ministries of Defence, Health, the State Customs Committee and other agencies. He will also meet with the students and professors of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
