Iran-Afghanistan non-oil trade $30 bln, ambassador says
Afghan Ambassador in Tehran Nasir Ahmad Noor said that Iran and
Afghanistan maintain a $30 billion non-oil trade, speaking at a
conference in Iran's Hormozgan province, IRIB News reported.
The ambassador noted that the trade between Iran and Afghanistan is
growing, and added that about 50 percent of the trade is being
carried through the Hormozgan province.
He said that Afghanistan is being re-built, and there are good
opportunities for traders and investors.
Ambassador Noor also said that there are about 500 Iranian
companies registered in Afghanistan, which work spreads to all
areas.
