Lightning hit Turkish Airlines plane
Turkish Airlines passenger plane was hit by lightning, Trend
news agency reported referring to the Sabah newspaper.
The plane with 114 passengers on board was performing a flight from
Istanbul to Izmir, when it was hit by lightning. The accident
caused an engine failure and aircraft made an emergency landing
at the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.
