OSCE appoints envoy to Kyrgyzstan
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has appointed Sergey Kapinos as the organization's Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, KyrTAG reported on Tuesday.
Kapinos was appointed to this post by acting chairman of the organization after the consultations with the Kyrgyz side.
