Putin says Kudrin remains part of his team
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin remains a member of his team, Reuters reported.
"Alexei Leonidovich (Kudrin) remains a part of my team, we will work with him," Putin said during an investment conference.
Kudrin, a darling of foreign investors, was ousted late last month after declaring irrecoverable differences over the country's fiscal policy with President Dmitry Medvedev, who is poised to become the country's prime minister after the March 2012 presidential elections.
