Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has made a series of ambassadorial appointments, with the changes published in the country’s official media.

Under the presidential appointment decisions, Mustafa Levent Bilgen, currently Turkey’s Ambassador to Ukraine, has been appointed Ambassador to Iceland.

Fatma Ceren Yazgan, Turkey’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, has been appointed as the country’s new Ambassador to Ukraine.

Burak Akçapar, Turkey’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva, has been appointed Ambassador to the Netherlands.

Ayşe Sözen Usluer has been appointed as Turkey’s new Permanent Representative to the UN Office in Geneva.

The appointments were made in accordance with Articles 2, 3 and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 3, according to the Official Gazette.
