Armenian vice-speaker to resign
YEREVAN – The first female vice-speaker in the history of the Armenian National Assembly, Arevik Petrosyan, plans to resign, News Armenia reports, quoting Prosperous Armenia party spokesman Hachik Galstyan.
"The party made the decision last week", he said.
It is not clear yet who will replace Petrosyan.
Galstyan refrained from commenting on Petrosyan’s resignation, as well as her further role in the party.
