The Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) and the East African Business Council (EABC) have signed a groundbreaking memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating digital trade, enhancing cross-border e-commerce, improving financial inclusion, and modernizing logistics networks across the African continent, Azernews reports, citing foreign media.
