Russia, EU mull situation in the Caucasus
BAKU – EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton phoned Russian Foreign Minsiter Sergey Lavrov to discuss the conflicts in the Southern Caucasus.
The situation in the Middle East, Balkans and Transnistria were also high on agenda during the talks, initiated by Mrs. Ashton, the press-service of the Russian Foreign Ministry said, declining to provide further comments.
