Turkey may appoint ethnic Armenian negotiator on EU admission
An ethnic Armenian Turkish citizen might be
appointed to the post as the expert dealing with talks on Turkey's
admission to the European Union. Leo Suren Alepli has been selected
to the secretariat from among 115 candidates, the Hurriyet
newspaper said.However, Turkey's intelligence body would have the
final say about Alepli's appointment.
