Gazprom plans to produce 495.1 bln cubic meters of gas in 2019

Russia's gas company Gazprom plans to produce 495.1 billion cubic meters of gas in 2019, board member Oleg Aksyutin said on Thursday at the Day of Company's Investor in Singapore, Trend reports referring to TASS.
"In accordance with the plan for 2019, production volumes are set at 495.1 billion cubic meters of gas. However, I want to note right away that, as a rule, we adhere to a conservative approach at the start of the year. Later on we could adjust our estimates," Aksyutin said adding that in 2017 the initial production plan stood at 472 billion cubic meters but was later increased.
Earlier reports said that Gazprom increased gas production in 2018 by 5.4% to 497.6 billion cubic meters. The company expects gas output to increase by 5-20% by 2035 to 757-875 billion cubic meters per year.
