Exhibition of Turkish export products held in Turkmenistan

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan held an exhibition of export goods of Turkey on December 15-17, 2018.
The specialized review is an effective platform for demonstrating a wide range of products produced by Turkish partners and exchanging the latest developments. It is intended to give new impetus to the trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and significantly expand the scope of business activity.
A delegation arrived in Ashgabat to participate in the review, which included representatives of Turkish government agencies, managers and specialists from 70 companies interested in the ongoing development of fruitful cooperation with Turkmenistan.
The multifaceted review at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry expo presented a wide range of products exported by Turkish manufacturers. Among them were equipment and components for industry and agro-industry, building materials, household appliances and electronics, upholstered furniture, textiles, household chemicals, perfumery, various food products industry and household goods.
Attracting foreign investment in the national economy, the strategy of its full-scale modernization and diversification determine the rapid integration of Turkmenistan into the international economic space. Close cooperation with foreign business circles, an attraction of innovations and investments are becoming key factors of economic development.
Turkey is among the trade and economic partners of Turkmenistan, whose enterprises presented their products at a specialized exhibition. Among the participants of the review are manufacturers of electrical equipment (Vatan Kablo A.S., Cagdas Pano, Askomak gida degirmencilik), pipe and plumbing products (Elmas irrigation systems).
Various technologies for import-substituting production were presented by the company STK Makina, Pimak professional kitchen. Achievements of the textile industry presented the company Astaş tekstili, Öztaş iç Giyim, perfume products - Monty parfum. EM-KA Çelik Konstrüksiyon, Cemina, Doguş Firça and others represent the production of building materials, metal structures and components for various objects.
Increasing the production of ecologically clean food products, providing vitamin products for Turkmen residents all year round is a priority task facing the country's agro-industrial complex. In all regions of Turkmenistan, construction of greenhouse complexes has been launched. In this aspect, of interest are technologies represented by Turkish companies Sistem-suntek sera, Metas, Erenoglu Mühendislik, Genc Guçsan, etc.
Numerous visitors, representatives of contracting companies and specialized agencies, and private business got acquainted with interest with the product samples and offers from Turkish manufacturers presented at the exhibition.
Turkey is one of the largest trade and economic partners of Turkmenistan. In 2017, the total trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $4.66 billion.
