President Sooronbai Jeenbekov takes office

Today in the State Residence Ala-Archa the new president of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov took the oath, «24.kg»reports.
Chairwoman of the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurzhan Shaildabekova presented him a certificate, a breastplate and a standard of the head of state. Since that moment, Sooronbai Jeenbekov is considered to be officially inaugurated as president. He was elected on October 15, 54.77 percent of voters voted for him.
Earlier it was reported that 450 guests were invited to the inauguration, including Heroes of the KR, cultural workers, artists, Cabinet members, deputies of the Parlaiment, participants and families of the victims of April 7, 2010 events.
