The United States does not intend to dictate its will to other countries, and instead of that is going to build "a coalition of friends and partners," U.S. President Donald Trump said, RIA Novosti reported.

“Our task is not to dictate to others how to live but to build a coalition of friends and partners who share the goal of fighting terrorism and bringing safety, opportunity and stability to the Middle East,” he said ahead of his first trip abroad.

Trump will travel this month to Saudi Arabia, Israel and the Vatican in an effort to unite Islam, Judaism and Christianity in the common cause of fighting “intolerance” and radical extremism.

He stated that his trip “will begin with a truly historic gathering in Saudi Arabia with leaders from all across the Muslim world,” where “we will begin to construct a new foundation of cooperation and support with our Muslim allies to combat extremism, terrorism and violence.”

Saudi Arabia's foreign minister Adel al-Jubeir also confirmed that an upcoming visit to the kingdom by U.S. President Donald Trump would enhance cooperation between the United States and Muslim countries in the fight against extremism.

Trump’s decision to make Saudi Arabia his first destination will reinforce a relationship with a top ally in the Middle East, where the United States is leading a coalition against Islamic State and seeking to counter Iranian influence.

Earlier, U.S. President spoke in favor of forming a military coalition with several Arab allies to combat their ‘mutual enemy’, Iran.
