Kazakhstan to prolong ban on petroleum, oil export next year
Kazakhstan will prolong a ban on petroleum, oil and lubricants
(POL) export in 2013, Kazinform news agency quoted deputy head of
KazMunaiGas Processing and Marketing's department of petroleum
products marketing Talgat Bukobaev as saying.
"As you know, export of petroleum products from Kazakhstan is
banned until the end of this year. According to the information,
the ban will be extended in the next year too," Bukobaev said at
the International Conference and Exhibition in Astana.
Kazakhstan imposed a ban on POL export before sowing work in May
2010. Later the ban was prolonged several times.
