TNK-BP consolidates its gas stations in Russia
MOSCOW – TNK-BP Holding, the Moscow-listed subsidiary of BP's PLC Russian joint venture TNK-BP said Monday it has consolidated all gas stations operating in Russia under BP and TNK brands.
The transaction between TNK-BP Holding and STBP Holdings Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of TNK-BP International Ltd.has been valued at about $1.1 billion, the company said.
TNK-BP Holding now owns 733 retail sites across Russia.
