Ernst & Young to audit State Oil Fund
BAKU – Ernst & Young Holdings (CIS) B.V. won bidding to audit financial statements of the Azeri State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) for 2010-2012.
The leading international audit companies operating in Azerbaijan participated in the bidding, held by SOFAZ in compliance with the national procurement laws.
SOFAZ said that after the evaluation of the bidding proposals, pursuant to its Statutory Regulations, Ernst & Young was appointed by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev as an auditor of the State Oil Fund’s financial statements for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
