New communications minister appointed
Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on appointment of Ramin Guluzade the minister of communications and high technologies of Azerbaijan.
By another decree, the head of state has dismissed Ramin Guluzade from the post of the first deputy minister of communications and high technologies of Azerbaijan.
