Kyrgyz envoy presents copy of credentials to Minister Mammadyarov
Ayzhigit Buranov, newly-appointed Kyrgyz ambassador to Baku has
met Elmar Mammadyarov, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister to present him
a copy of his credentials, AzerTag state reported.
Buranov said his country is interested in developing the
cooperation with Azerbaijan in all spheres, adding he would spare
no efforts to contribute to this.
Mammadyarov, in turn, wished the ambassador every success in his
diplomatic activities.
Diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan was established on January 19, 1993.
Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan are working together to strengthen their partnership in industry, trade, communications, and transportation fields. The two countries also intend to develop cooperation between their justice authorities.
Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan recently signed an agreement on a new air service which envisaged regular passenger and cargo flights between the two countries.
