Azerbaijan has been using good management systems in both the public and private sectors in recent years.

Significant progress has been achieved in the public services, said the Coordinator of OSCE on Economic and Environmental Issues, Halil Yurdakul Yigitguden.

He was speaking at the opening ceremony of an international conference called "Public service delivery in the context of human rights and good governance," held in Baku by Azerbaijan as the president of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

He added that Azerbaijan can be proud of the example set by the centers of "ASAN service", noting that there is no social justice without good governance.

Head of Governance Department and Democratic Institutions of the Council of Europe Alfonso Zardi stressed the importance of offering public services to the population of Europe.

"Offering high-quality public services is of great importance across the territory of the Council of Europe, and in this case it is important to take advantage of the best services, opinions and recommendations of the experts," Zardi said.

He added that the issue of offering public services is mentioned in various documents of the Council of Europe.

Zardi stressed the importance of linking various structures in the field of good governance and the provision of public services to the population, as well as the exchange of experiences.
