Drills of Azerbaijani army underway

Drills of Azerbaijani army's air defense forces which kicked off on August 13 are still underway in the country.
The forces used 'Buk-MB' missile system during the exercises on August 14, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.
The main purpose of the exercises, being held under the direct supervision of the Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov is enhancing the performance of combat missions by the personnel, and preserving the capabilities of important government and military facilities.
The exercises included destroying certain targets, taking under automatic surveillance, identifying and detecting cruise and ballistic missiles, manned and unmanned aircrafts and other aerial targets.
The tasks set by the Defense Ministry, are being successfully executed by the air defense troops. Experts have praised the conduction of the drills so far.
