Azerbaijan’s Day of Armed Forces commemorated in Paris

Azerbaijan's national holiday-Day of Armed Forces has been celebrated in French capital Paris.
Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Paris and the Office of the Military Attaché have organized a solemn ceremony to mark the Day of the Armed Forces, AzerTag news agency reported.
The representatives of French Defense Ministry, Land Forces, Naval Forces, and Air Forces, foreign military attaches in Paris, senators, staffers of local military companies, and representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora attended the event.
Azerbaijani ambassador Elchin Amirbayov and Military Attaché Eldar Ismayilov praised Azerbaijan-France military and defense cooperation.
They said the visit of the Azerbaijani defense minister to France this January gave a strong impulse to the military relations between the two countries.
The event featured demonstration of a promotional video about Azerbaijan's military forces.
Azerbaijan celebrates the Day of the Armed Forces on June 26. The Azerbaijani armed forces are highly disciplined, powerful and are equipped with modern military machinery, and always ready to defend the country and capable of resolving any problem.
The Azerbaijani army is professional and the most powerful army in the South Caucasus region. The skills and combat readiness of the Azerbaijani army are growing year on year. The army building process in Azerbaijan is progressing as well.
