Azerbaijan`s consul general to Istanbul awarded
Azerbaijan`s consul general to Istanbul Hasan Zeynalov was awarded with medal of "Glory" by the Turkish Marmara Group Strategic and Social Research Foundation, AzerTag state news agency reported.
Foundation's Director General Akkan Suver presented the medal to Hasanov in a ceremony organized in Istanbul on the occasion of Novruz holiday.
Suver praised Hasanov's contributions to developing the bilateral ties between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
He said Azerbaijan provided peace and stability, prosperity and development for its citizens, as well as built friendly relations with its neighbors.
Ali Hasanov, head of the Socio-Political Affairs Department at the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, was present at the ceremony.
