Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met newly appointed OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Baku Alexis Chahtahtinsky on March 5, AzerTag state news agency reported.

Prior to this appointment, Chahtahtinsky served in Paris at the Foreign Ministry's Policy Planning Centre and as Special Adviser to the French Minister for Europe.
