Azerbaijani MPs to join OSCE PA winter session
Azerbaijani MPs will leave for Vienna on February 11 to attend the winter session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
The delegation led by Parliamentary Deputy Speaker of Bahar Muradova includes committee chairmen Eldar Ibrahimov, Rabiyyat Aslanova, MPs Fattah Heydarov, Azay Guliyev and Agalar Valiyev.
The OSCE PA winter session will focus on several issues, including "The Rise of Extremism, Radicalism and Xenophobia: Challenges for the OSCE Region", and "The Current Situation in Ukraine".
The session will see meetings of the committees on human rights, democracy, humanitarian, political, and economic issues, as well as security, science and technology.
The session will hear reports on the activities of the three OSCE Committees and discuss draft reports of the session to be held in Baku from June 28 to July 2.
