Creative ideas of young Azerbaijanis sought

A new project called "Online Bank of Ideas" designed to collect the young people's ideas and thoughts about the country's development was launched by the Azerbaijan Youth and Sport Ministry, the ministry said on November 26.
Ideas put forward by youth will be posted on www.fikirbanki.az and the public, as well as government, international and private organizations will benefit from these suggestions, the ministry said.
Ideas may be proposed by any Azerbaijani between the ages of 14 and 30.
The project includes such sections as Social Services, Economy, Education, Entertainment, Media, Telecommunications, Medicine and Health, Environment, Transport, National Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Culture.
Registration of ideas has started.
A winner of the month will be chosen. Winners will be awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes from the ministry as well as its partners.
The ministry said, the "Online Bank of Ideas" project will provide a reliable platform for youth discussions on different topics and create conditions for strengthening the position of young people in society.
The "Online Bank of Ideas" project is implemented in accordance with the State Program "Azerbaijani Youth in 2011-2015" as part of declaring 2013 as the year of information and communication technologies in Azerbaijan.
