President Aliyev orders to speed up socio-economic development of Khizi
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on November 6 issued a decree on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of the country's Khizi region, AzerTag state news agency reported.
Under the decree, three million manats will be allocated to the Khizi region Executive Authorities for the reconstruction of Khizi-Altiagaj high way, which connects 11 residential areas.
