Kansas Senate passes resolution to support US-Azerbaijani ties
The Senate of the U.S. State of Kansas has adopted a resolution that reflects support for US-Azerbaijani relations.
The resolution welcomes the alliance between the U.S. and Azerbaijan as being countries supporting such basic values as freedom, democracy and human rights, the Azerbaijani embassy in the U.S. told Trend news agency on Thursday.
The resolution also stressed satisfaction with the development of economic relations between the State of Kansas and Azerbaijan.
