Insurance unpopular in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijani citizens care for their properties more than their
health, Business Insight International Research GROUP says.
The highest percentage of respondents do not have experience using insurance services (82%). However, almost one in five respondents (18%) do care about their health and properties through insurance, the group concluded based on a public opinion poll of 352 respondents.
Automobile insurance outgoes health insurance (59% vs. 40%). Property insurance was ranked third with 16% that people insure.
The bottom-line of the ranking is dominated by the travel insurance (2%).
