Azerbaijan, Morocco discuss draft agreement on cooperation in emergencies
Azerbaijan's Minister for Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov received Morocco's Interior Minister Mohand Laenser in Baku on Monday.
The Azerbaijani minister informed the Moroccan official about projects undertaken by the ministry, spoke about the work carried out with the relevant structures of other countries possessing extensive experience in the field of emergency management, as well as in the development of relations with international and regional organizations.
Laenser, in turn, emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the relevant agencies of the two countries.
The sides discussed the draft of the "Agreement on cooperation in the field of emergency management between the Government of Azerbaijan and the Government of Morocco."
