Baku to host General Assembly of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society
Cultural center of the Azerbaijani Ministry of National Security will host the 24th General Assembly of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society on Tuesday.
The assembly will feature discussions on reports of the budget commission, activity of the secretary, as well as awarding ceremony.
The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society is the biggest humanitarian organization functioning in the country, whose role is identified by the state law. The Society is the integral part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement - the biggest humanitarian institution in the world.
The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society was established on March 10, 1920.
