Azerbaijani lawmakers embarks on China visit
An Azerbaijani delegation led by First Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis (parliament) Ziyafat Asgarov left for China on Monday.
The visit takes place at the invitation of the National Committee of the Chinese People`s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
The Azerbaijani delegation will have a number of meetings with the CPPCC officials to discuss the current state of and prospects for the bilateral relations, including interparliamentary cooperation.
The Azerbaijani delegation will also visit Shaanxi province and Shanghai city of China.
The delegation includes MPs Siyavush Novruzov, Rauf Aliyev, Aliaga Huseynov and Ali Masimli.
