European MP: French-Azeri ties will always be at high level
France's ties with Azerbaijan will be at a high level regardless of who comes to power in the country, European parliament member Rachida Dati said at a press conference in Baku on Friday.
She stressed that the foundation of relations between the two countries is strong.
Dati spoke about the new French president, and stated that during his tenure relations with Azerbaijan will develop.
"No matter who has been France's president, the relations between our country and Azerbaijan have always been good, and it will be the same in the future," she said.
Dati is attending the Second Baku International Humanitarian Forum, which is being held in Baku on Oct.4-5.
