Azerbaijan attends meeting of CIS top law enforcers
A meeting of the committee of heads of law enforcement agencies
under the CIS Council of Heads of Customs Services has been held in
Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
The event brought together representatives of the relevant bodies
from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Moldova,
Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia and the other countries.
Discussions focused on upgrading skills of employees, coordination
on fighting drug trafficking.
The event featured bilateral meetings. The participants also
reached an agreement on strengthening measures on fighting customs
violations.
The next meeting will be held in Minsk, Belarus.
