Govt scrutinizes reported detention of four citizens in Iran
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry is scrutinizing information about the detention of four Azerbaijani nationals in the Iranian city of Ardabil, the ministry said Tuesday.
"The Iranian side has not yet provided official information about the detention of the four Azerbaijani citizens," it said.
According to Iranian media, two of the detainees are accused of drug smuggling.
