Timerman is due to meet with President Ilham Aliyev, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Chairman of the State Committee on Religious Organizations Hidayat Orujov, the Foreign Ministry told AssA-Irada on Thursday.

Argentina's President Cristina Fernandez has issued a decree to open the country’s embassy in Azerbaijan. It says the diplomatic mission will be based in the capital Baku, while the work of its consular section will cover the entire territory of the South Caucasus republic.
