Azercell users to pay flat rate under new campaign
Azerbaijan’s leading cellular operator Azercell is launching a new campaign that allows its pre-paid customers to enjoy communication across the country for a flat rate, the company said Tuesday.
Under the campaign, "Connect to the whole Azerbaijan", launched on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s independence, pre-paid (SimSim) customers are to pay only 5 Gapiks (fractions of 1 manat) per minute for calls within the country, regardless of the tariff package used.
To join the campaign, a subscriber must load a calling card worth at least 5 manats to his or her balance. Once it is loaded, any Azercell user will pay the flat rate of 5 Gapiks within 30 days.
Also, GencSim package users who join the campaign will still be able to talk free of charge after the third minute of call time.
