Azeri president meets Italian senator Boldi
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received head of Italy-Azerbaijan interparliamentary friendship group, senator Mrs. Rossana Boldi on Friday.
President Aliyev emphasized successful development of bilateral relations and good results in all fields. Aliyev said the political relations between Azerbaijan and Italy are at the high level. He underlined that Italy is the biggest trade partner of Azerbaijan and Italian companies successfully operate in the country.
The president said he was well aware of history of interparliamentary ties and the visit of senator Boldi to the country would expand relations even more.
Mrs. Boldi, in turn, stressed the importance of interparliamentary ties in expanding bilateral relations.
